Horrible service! I will never come here again. It took 15 minutes for our food and there was only 2 of us! The people after us got food before us. The hummus was so runny and oily. It wasn't even worth the wait, if we didn't take the food to go I would've demanded my refund.

Chicken Express is dynamite! It's a fresh, somewhat healthy, alternative in an area that's overrun by fast food and gut bomb factories. I always get a single kebab plate with rice and salad and I can't ever finish all the food. For around $6, it's a great deal. Their rice is delicious and the meat on the kebabs is always juicy and perfectly seasoned. The salad is really basic, but it's always crisp and fresh. The service is extremely fast, especially since this location doesn't seem to have the crush of lunchtime customers that the original on State Street does. I love this place for lunch!

This placewas pretty good i have to say, They give you very large portions, the prices are fair and the half chicken i got was VERY good, i was in the mood for a BBQ chicken and though i didnt anticipate it, this thicken checked off the bill perfectly, very nice smokey BBQ flavor, and really flavorful rub. I got the combo with the chicken and ribs, and though, as mentioned, the chicken was awesome the ribs were very "typocal boiled buffet" quality. The BBQ sauce was nothing special, the ribs were just a little too mushy, and the flavor overal was just a bit bland. The rice that came on the plate was also very good, and the gyro combo my wafe got was descent, though she didnt care much for the meat flavor. They have a really really cool rotisserie oven in the front of the store, i only wish it was rinning while we were there to see it in action. Though as it is a wood burning deal, it looks like it would probably be a lot of work to run, so suppose its not practical to run it all day. I really probably would have given it more of a 3.5 star deal (i wish Yelp did that) but for them i aired on the side of a round up because the service was also very good, and the order taker whom i think was the owner was very nice. I will for sure stop by here again, and would moderately recommend it to anyone in the area, though there are some really good places down there these days.

This place is amazing! I can't believe it isn't packed full at all times. The food is delicious and fresh and they give you huge portions. The combo plates are around $8. The staff is very nice here. they have a big oven right in the middle of the dining room where they cook whole chickens over an open flame. My kids were fascinated by it. They have a really cool building and it's beautifully decorated. Everybody needs to come here to support local business! Do it now!!

This place has really good food. Their chicken is so good, and done to perfection. You should really give it a try if your looking for some meat, rice, and salad type of food. Their Kabob is good too and their desert. I really recommend you give it a try.

Really good portions for a reasonable price. The chicken was tasty and so is the rice. I was very satisfied. I wasn't expecting this much at first, but the food was really great.

The chicken was delicious! The rice was okay.. Nothing to special there. I might try a different side next time. I will Definetely be back. You don't find a chicken place like this very often. Service was awesome and I got my lunch within minutes. I love the spit roasting over the fire. Made me feel warm. : )

Love their gyro sandwiches, although a little heavy on the onion. It's a very clean restaurant and they are pretty fast. The portions are great and they have a ton to choose from.

The food was ok, nothing to write home about but ok. My friend had the combination plate that gives you 3 meats, rice and salad. I had the chicken. The food did seem fresh, however.

As always. This place was great. I last ate here after the lunch rush. But the manager let my daughter sample a few choices before we ordered. I would suspect that if the place was packed, it would have been different. As far as greek places, Chicken Express gets my top vote.

One of my FAVORITE places to go! Loooove the food and the owner is so nice to talk to!

The meat was amazing! Very tender and juicy. The flavoring was great and better than most Greek places in Utah. There were a few downsides: small portions of pita bread (on all plates), cheap salad, and small portions of gyro meat (only on the combination plate). I will be coming back.

Amazing Greek food for a very reasonable price. Every piece of meat is tender and the rice is really good! Great addition and diversity to come to this side of West Valley.

Their service is awful! We have gave them 3 strikes, and they are out! They refuse to give an item that they are fully capable of making because they cleaned the grill....two and a half hours before closing! The employees are rude and yell at you from behind the counter if your order is ready. The last strike is when they messed up on a to go order, when we went to take it back at 8:27pm the doors were locked and would not acknowledge that we were at the door knocking. I would have given zero stars, but one was the lowest rating I could give. Worst.Service.Ever!

Really enjoyed my lunch here. I used to work on the other side of town and several co-workers at at the state street location, but I never ate there. When I saw this location open I figured I should try it, and am very glad I did. I had a half chicken and a rib. The rib was nice, not Pat's BBQ but very meaty, large and moist. The chicken was very good for me. It had a lemony marinade and smokey flavor that really hit the spot. Service was average, but they were busy so i can't fault it. i will absolutely be going back.

There was a lot of hype about this place for some time and everyone raved about it. I was not a fan of the food. Everything was just blah, but you never know... maybe I ordered the wrong thing?

I love the seasonings they use. I've had the chicken and also the kabobs. Utterly delicious. The steamed potatoes were great too. I also appreciated the flexibility when I couldn't decide on rice or potatoes and they let me have both. The portions are massive and I always bring some home. I will keep going back.
